Pre-Press – Cube (for 2″ bags)

These custom pre-presses are sized to fit our 2″ screen bags. This mold is a simple yet effective method of quickly condensing your material for easy insertion into the bags before pressing. You will get a perfectly sized brick to fit inside the bag. This tool will not only save you time, but will help you achieve more uniform results! Inner Dimensions: 1.5″ x 1.5″ (2″ deep) These dimensions are the size of the inside of the mold. If you make the bricks 1/2″ or thinner, they will fit perfectly inside the 2″ bags. For best results, we recommend between 5-15g of material. Recommended bag size: 2″ x 3″ About the bags: The bags are 2″ x 3″, inside-out stitching. Dye-Free, Food Grade rated to 430ºF (375º is maximum recommended). About the paper: The papers are made with double sided silicone coated genuine vegetable parchment, FDA approved and cut to fit inside our pre-presses (1.5″ x 1.5″). They will keep material from sticking to the metal surfaces of the mold, speeding up processing and cleanup. Helpful tools: To aid in compression, pick up a 1 ton arbor press or a 600 lb. clamp. Pro Tip: Hold the compression for about a minute. Time will help solidify the brick, making it less likely to re-expand when pressure is released. Made in USA.

Dimensions: 1.5″ x 3.5″ (2″ deep) These dimensions are the size of the inside of the mold. If you make the bricks 1/2″ or thinner, they will fit perfectly inside the 2″ bags. For best results, we recommend between 15-30g of material. Recommended bag size: 2″ x 4.5″ About the bags: The bags are 2″ x 4.5″, inside-out stitching, dye-free, food-grade and rated to 430ºF/220ºC (375ºF is maximum recommended).. These custom pre-presses are sized to fit our 3″ screen bags. This mold is a simple yet effective method of quickly condensing your material for easy insertion into the bags before pressing. You will get a perfectly sized slab to fit inside the bag. This tool will not only save you time, but will help you achieve more uniform results! Dimensions: 2.5″ x 4.5″ (2″ deep) These dimensions are the size of the inside of the mold. The thickness of the brick you can make depends on the amount of material added, but you have 2 inches of depth to work with. Bricks that are 1/2″ or thinner will fit inside the 3″ bags. Recommended bag size: 3″ x 6″ About the bags: Our bags are 3″ x 6″, inside-out stitching, dye-free, food-grade nylon and rated to 430ºF/220ºC.
